Refunds

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time. The cost of original shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same return process outlined above and select ‘Exchange’ as your preferred resolution.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Sale Items

Sale items and items purchased with a promotional discount are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, provided they meet the standard return conditions.

Final Sale Items

All items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Return Shipping Costs
